Can you wash a Sunshine Doll?

All materials used in Sunshine Dolls can withstand water:

  • You can clean a surface with a slightly damp cloth
  • Stains can be gently dabbed with wool detergent then water
  • If the inside becomes soiled (for example after an “accident”), the doll can be washed in lukewarm soapy water and even gently spin-dried
  • while wrapped in a towel
  • After drying, the hair is best styled with your fingers
  • Drying is best done outdoors, never on a radiator

How long does it take to make a Sunshine Doll?

Depending on experience:

  • Beginners: approximately 10–20 hours
  • Intermediate makers: approximately 6–12 hours
